Flaynity Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, including videos, Shorts, photos, posts, comments, live streams, and other original materials.

By submitting content, you grant Flaynity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store your content.
• Display and distribute your content.
• Transcode or optimize content for different devices.
• Recommend and promote content through the platform.
• Use thumbnails and previews to operate the Services.

This license exists only for operating and improving Flaynity and ends when the content is permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or fraudulent content.
• Promote terrorism or violent extremism.
• Publish child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
• Share malware, phishing links, or harmful software.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Artificially inflate views, followers, likes, comments, or watch time.
• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Flaynity systems or user accounts.

6. Community Safety

To maintain a safe community, Flaynity may remove or restrict content that includes:

• Hate speech.
• Graphic violence without legitimate context.
• Dangerous challenges encouraging serious harm.
• Terrorist propaganda.
• Illegal drug trafficking.
• Human exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Coordinated harassment.
• Spam or deceptive practices.

Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Flaynity trademarks, logos, software, designs, source code, graphics, and platform features are the exclusive property of Flaynity or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

8. Creator Monetization

Participation in monetization programs is subject to separate Monetization Policies.

Flaynity may approve, suspend, or terminate monetization eligibility at its discretion if policy requirements are not met.

Monetization is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.

9. Advertisements

Flaynity may display advertisements before, during, or alongside content.

You acknowledge that advertisements may appear with your content unless otherwise specified by a separate agreement.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Flaynity may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Repeatedly violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Create security risks.
• Circumvent enforcement actions.
• Misuse platform features.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to appeal enforcement decisions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
