Flaynity Monetization Policy
1. Introduction
The Flaynity Monetization Program is designed to reward creators who consistently produce original, high-quality, and advertiser-friendly content. This policy explains the eligibility requirements, revenue rules, payment process, and creator responsibilities for participating in monetization on Flaynity.
Participation in the Monetization Program is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. All creators must comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Only original content is eligible for monetization.
Creators must own or have the legal rights to all:
- Videos
- Shorts
- Live Streams
- Images
- Audio

- Thumbnails
- Graphics
Creators are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or permissions before uploading content.
4. Reused and Duplicate Content
The following content is generally not eligible for monetization:
- Reuploaded videos from other creators.
- Movies or TV clips without permission.
- Content copied from social media platforms.
- Compilation videos with little or no original value.
- Automatically generated spam content.
- Low-effort repetitive uploads.
- Content primarily consisting of copyrighted material.
Adding simple edits, borders, filters, or background music does not make reused content original.

AI-assisted content may be eligible if it provides meaningful original value.
Creators should avoid:
- Mass-produced AI spam.
- Misleading AI-generated media.
- Deepfakes that impersonate people without permission.
- AI-generated content designed to deceive viewers.
Flaynity may require disclosure for certain AI-generated content.
6. Advertiser-Friendly Content
Monetized content should be suitable for advertisers.
Content may receive limited or no advertising if it contains:
- Excessive profanity.
- Graphic violence.
- Hate speech.
- Adult sexual content.
- Illegal activities.
- Dangerous or harmful acts.
- Promotion of drugs or weapons where prohibited.
- Misinformation that may cause significant harm.
Advertiser suitability may vary depending on the content and applicable standards.
7. Invalid Traffic and Fraud
Creators must not artificially increase views, watch time, likes, followers, comments, or ad interactions.
Prohibited practices include:
- Buying views or subscribers.
- Click farms.
- Automated bots.
- Incentivized fake engagement.
- Manipulated ad clicks.
Any revenue generated through invalid activity may be withheld or removed.
8. Revenue Sources
Eligible creators may earn revenue through available Flaynity features, including:
- Video advertisements.
- Shorts advertising revenue.
- Premium subscription revenue sharing.
- Channel memberships.
- Fan donations and tips.
- Super Chat or similar live features.

Payments are issued only after:
- The creator reaches the minimum payout threshold.

- Payment information is accurate.
- No policy violations or fraud investigations are pending.
Payment schedules may vary depending on the selected payment method and applicable regulations.
10. Taxes

Flaynity may request tax information where required by law.
11. Monetization Review
Flaynity may review channels:
- Before approval.
- During participation.
- After significant content changes.
- Following policy violation reports.
Reviews may be performed manually, automatically, or through a combination of both.
12. Suspension or Removal
Monetization may be limited, suspended, or permanently removed if a creator:
- Violates Community Guidelines.
- Uploads reused or copyrighted content.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Provides false information.
- Attempts to manipulate platform systems.
- Repeatedly uploads advertiser-unfriendly content.
Severe or repeated violations may also result in account suspension or termination.
13. Appeals
Creators who believe a monetization decision was made in error may submit an appeal through the official Flaynity support process.
Appeals should include relevant information supporting the request. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.
14. Policy Updates
Flaynity may revise this Monetization Policy to reflect changes in technology, business practices, legal requirements, or platform features.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation in the Monetization Program indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
