Flaynity is built to help people create, share, discover, and connect through meaningful content. These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed on Flaynity and what is not. They help keep our platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

By using Flaynity, you agree to follow these Guidelines along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform policies.

1. Respect Others

Treat everyone with respect.

You must not:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others.
• Encourage self-harm or suicide.
• Publish personal information without permission.
• Use hateful or abusive language targeting protected groups.
• Organize harassment campaigns or encourage others to attack individuals.

Healthy discussion and respectful disagreement are welcome.

2. Child Safety

Protecting children is our highest priority.

Flaynity has zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming or exploitation.
• Sexualization of minors.
• Requests involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Any activity that endangers children.

Content or accounts violating this policy will be removed immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Violence and Dangerous Content

Do not upload content that:

• Promotes terrorism or extremist organizations.
• Encourages murder or serious violence.
• Provides instructions for committing violent crimes.
• Glorifies criminal organizations.
• Encourages dangerous challenges likely to cause serious harm.

Educational, documentary, journalistic, or artistic content may be permitted when presented responsibly.

4. Adult and Sexual Content

Flaynity is intended for a broad audience.

The following content is prohibited:

• Pornographic material.
• Explicit sexual acts.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content created primarily for sexual gratification.

Limited educational or health-related content may be allowed where appropriate.

5. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Do not promote hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics, including:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• Nationality
• Religion
• Disability
• Gender
• Sexual orientation
• Age

Attacks or dehumanizing language toward individuals or groups are prohibited.

6. Illegal Activities

Flaynity may remove content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including:

• Fraud and scams.
• Identity theft.
• Human trafficking.
• Drug trafficking.
• Sale of counterfeit goods.
• Money laundering.
• Illegal gambling.
• Cybercrime.

7. Spam and Platform Manipulation

You must not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Use bots to generate engagement.
• Buy or sell followers, views, likes, or comments.
• Repeatedly post identical content.
• Mislead users with deceptive titles or thumbnails.
• Spread malicious links or phishing attempts.

Authentic engagement helps keep Flaynity trustworthy.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Respect the rights of creators.

Do not upload content that infringes another person's:

• Copyright
• Trademark
• Patent
• Other intellectual property rights

Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

9. Misinformation

Do not share false or misleading information that may cause significant real-world harm.

This includes content intended to deceive people about:

• Public safety.
• Elections.
• Health emergencies.
• Financial fraud.
• Identity scams.

Contextual, educational, or satirical content may be permitted when it is unlikely to mislead viewers.

10. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence can be used creatively, but creators must not:

• Impersonate individuals in a deceptive manner.
• Produce deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Generate large volumes of low-quality spam.
• Use AI to facilitate fraud or abuse.

Flaynity may require creators to disclose certain AI-generated content.

11. Live Stream Rules

During live broadcasts, creators must not:

• Broadcast violent crimes.
• Promote dangerous behavior.
• Display explicit sexual content.
• Encourage harassment.
• Stream illegal activities.

Live streams that violate these Guidelines may be interrupted or removed without prior notice.

12. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report content or accounts that violate these Guidelines.

Reports are reviewed using automated systems and, where appropriate, by trained reviewers.

False or abusive reporting may result in enforcement action.

13. Enforcement

When content or accounts violate these Guidelines, Flaynity may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove the content.
• Restrict visibility.
• Disable specific features.
• Issue warnings.
• Suspend monetization.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

Enforcement decisions are based on the severity, frequency, and impact of violations.

14. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through the official Flaynity support process.

Each appeal is reviewed based on available information and applicable platform policies.

15. Updates to These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to address new risks, technologies, legal requirements, and community needs.

Continued use of Flaynity after updates become effective indicates acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
